Max Flint contacted Peter Savage from Lincolnshire County Council to request Kissing Gate to be installed on the footpath that leaves Stubton to Claypole. Reason given was that the styles are broken and dangerous and could lead to an unnecessary accident, especially for people not very mobile. Peter Savage investigated the request and gave his approval.
The landowner has been contacted and has given LCC permission to install kissing gates.
Update: The gates have been installed, thanks to LCC and Gary Senior for allowing them on his land. Over to the Parish Council to request more.
